Here is five tips to help you have a great day:

1. Proper rest  


Truth be told one of the key tips to having a good day starts with the night before. If you get a good night’s rest you will wake up feeling refreshed and energized. The average person needs about 8 hours of sleep a day. Lack of sleep can lead to less concentration, less energy, and feeling tired throughout the day.

2. Hydration –


When you wake up before you have breakfast you should drink a glass of water. This helps to purify your internal system. Drinking the right amount of water will make you feel better and will also give you great skin.


3. Exercise  


Exercising in the morning gets your endorphins going and makes you more productive. You will feel more awake and ready to start your day. Exercising actually gives you a boost of energy and increases your mental clarity.

4. Eat breakfast


I am sure that you have heard that breakfast is the most important meal of the day. Eating a good breakfast gives you energy and your brain will function better.

5. Be nice and smile


What a difference a smile can make?  Smiling generates positive vibes. You feel happy and want that feeling to radiate to other people. Even when you don’t feel like smiling, do it anyway.
